Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
• Items damaged during installation are not eligible for return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos via WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.

• Items that have been installed or used
• Custom or special-order items
• Items without original packaging
